We ordered a region-free DVD player. It finally came today! Yes! Free of territorial lockout forever! We’ll be WINNING, as they say.
災難! – Zai1 Nan4! – Disaster!
It doesn’t work. It almost works, but when playing widescreen movies, it stretches them out to fill the whole screen. There’s an option in the menu to turn this off, but it doesn’t do anything!
So we’re back in region 1 jail.
