Kerry on the Daily
Katie has prepared, just for you, a transcript of John Kerry on the Daily Show last night. She also has some comments on the appearance which are interesting to me because I had the exact opposite impression! I thought Kerry came across as totally phony, he didn’t say anything substantive, and his attempts at humor were nails-on-the-chalkboard painful. I thought it was a huge missed opportunity for him.

Thanks for the link. I just fixed my trackbacks and comments as I tried yesterday to unsuccessfully convert to mySQL and needed to rename some files.
A lot of people agree with you, and I have to admit that I watched the show with my mom, a big Kerry fan, so that might have been an influential factor. Obviously I thought he did a good job though. I had to watch it slowly to type out the transcript, and my opinion didn’t change.
