石 - Shi2 - Rock, Stone

They placed this 石片 - Shi2 Pian4 - Stone Sheet — Slab of granite today at the former World Trade Center site, ceremonially beginning construction on the new Freedom Tower. When completed, unless it is leapfrogged by some other building, the 1,776 foot tall Freedom Tower will be the tallest building in the world. It is planned for completion in 2009 — five years from now.
