The best kung fu weapon has to be the 鉤子 - Gou1 Zi5 - Hooks! I love the hooks! There’s a little bit of hook use in the fight scene linked from over here.

The only weapon that might possibly be better is the Iron Hand. “Prince, if you are able to overcome my Iron Hand, then you are ready for combat.”
