市 – Shi4 – City, Market
For some reason I started playing SimCity again. I have a city of about 1.3 million people, a highway, a reasonable subway system, every improvement they’ve asked for, low crime, high aura… but it’s not growing. I think the problem is that all the polluting industries have moved out, but the high-tech ones are not moving in. I see a few research labs and software studios, but lots more abandoned buildings (which I bulldoze, but they come back). My population’s education quotient is in the 140’s and I think I’ve set all the ordinances right, but still nothing.
