Good thing this is now available, it turns out my future light cone will intersect with Beta Comae Berenices in just a few weeks.

  2. I\’m just 10 days away from contacting 58 Eridani. I wonder what they will think?

    They are just like us:

    Its structure and mass are almost identical to those of our own Sun.

  4. Huh, how about that. I\’m sure they\’ll celebrate the news of your birth. At first I thought that was the star that planet vulcan is supposed to orbit, but it turns out that is epsilon eridani.

    If you type the name of any of these stars into Google, the first hit will be pages all about them at this site Solstation.

  6. According to the source code, no here on earth lives beyond fifty! Eee gads.

    The author must not be 43.

    P.S. Solstation is where I got the fact the 58 Eridani is a sol like star. I too thought the name was familiar from some SF thing. But you\’re right it was epsilon eridani I was thinking of.
