You may still be able to stop an the local convenience store and purchase stale old donuts placed there from that morning. Also traveling groups of donut bakers are exempt. However you must put your current Donut provider on notice or they will be exempt from this registry.

I think they donut understand the premise behind the donut call list. This list is intended strictly for the calling of potential donut customers and not for non donut eaters.
