Chinese Word of the Day

- Xie4 - Crumb

I’m told that there’s no word for “crummy” in Chinese. I figure if - Mao2 means fur, and 毛毛的 - Mao2 Mao2 De5 means furry, then 屑屑的 - Xie4 Xie4 De5 must mean Crummy.

Some people might think I don’t quite have the credentials to coin a new word. They’ll see! They’ll all see!

obviously you talked about \”恐\” that day, not \”龍\”。Why Crummy said you talked about \” dinosaur \”?

steve

Because dinosaur is 恐龍! And because I linked to this page of dinosaur names.
