HEROIC GRACE: THE CHINESE MARTIAL ARTS FILM
June 27th – July 10th at the Lincon Center. Looks great! They’re showing everything from one part of a silent serial called RED HEROINE from 1929 (the other parts are lost) all the way up to CROUCHING TIGER, HIDDEN DRAGON. The focus seems to be on the best of kung fu and swordplay movies from the 60’s and 70’s.
