Tim Bray’s weblog is always good, but his enties on Unicode have really been great. On the Goodness of Unicode | On Character Strings | Characters vs. Bytes. Very easy to understand and clear explanations of a potentially confusing topic… at least I was confused until now.

And I’m not the only one who thinks so.
